The first requirement to enter the system is an accreditation, which must be done using a digital certificate recognized by @firma or, in the case of Portugal, the citizen card.
In addition, there is a number of technical requirements without which the proper functioning of that system cannot be guaranteed, so should be reviewed before beginning. These requirements are the following

- JavaScript activated
- Cookies activated
- Pop-ups (emerging windows) permitted
- Enable download of files and fonts
- Adobe Reader: Version 11.0.10 or later
- Java Virtual Machine:
- Name: Oracle JRE
- Version: 1.8 (or later, recommending the latest in the 1.8 family), 64-bit only
